At Scentivor, we are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances to your doorstep quickly and securely. We currently ship to major cities across Pakistan.

Order Processing & Delivery

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and packaging after your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat Standard Shipping fee of PKR 250 for all orders, regardless of order value or destination within our service areas.

This fee covers secure packaging and delivery through our trusted courier partners.

Important Information

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Scentivor is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier company may attempt delivery again. However, if the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. An additional PKR 250 shipping fee may apply.

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your order's journey.
