Shipping Policy for Scentivor

At Scentivor, we are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances to your doorstep quickly and securely. We currently ship to all major cities across Pakistan. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging after your order is confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
We charge a flat Standard Shipping fee of PKR 250 for all orders, regardless of order value or destination within our service areas. This fee covers the cost of secure packaging and delivery through our trusted courier partners.

Important Information
*   Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Scentivor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
*   Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier company will typically try again. However, if the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, which will incur an additional PKR 250 shipping fee.
*   Tracking Your Order: You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey in real-time.
